Fixes to lit submission

So as you can see, we're BACK! Yes, this account is going to start being active again and we'll be resuming regularly scheduled activities in #GetLit.

Now, we need some more moderators who can be around during peak hours of dAmn usage. If you'd like to apply please send us a note with why you think you would be a suitable candidate and what times you are available to be in the room. We'd like to have maximum coverage.

What we'd also like to see is a more relaxed atmosphere. So, I would ask that if you have personal gripes with people that you take it to a private venue. Worse to worse, join the #LitGDonCall room and duke it out there.

This is fair warning, if you clutter up the room with your personal issues with others or dA itself, you will be warned, kicked, and if it continues: banned for the day until you cool off.

We understand that many of you have genuine and valid complaints but you must understand that taking over a room with them is not acceptable. Instead please send a note to the parties in question and if it's a complaint about dA in general please feel free to note ^StJoan or $chix0r or $Moonbeam13.

We want #GetLit to be a place where people can be themselves and enjoy themselves. We all have stressful lives, it's nice to have a place where we can cut loose and just cut up. Silly discussion? Awesome. Lit discussion? Fantastic!

All we ask is that we treat each other with respect, even if you don't agree with them, even if you don't like them.
